The enclosed batching plant will consist of aggregate hoppers, cement silos, conveyors, and mixers located within the existing warehouse building. A control room and welfare facilities will be housed within the existing warehouse building. The development will include for a truck weighbridge, aggregate storage bays, a static water storage tank, a truck wash area and staff car parking facilities.
