The proposed development also includes the relocation of the existing store entrance and glazed canopy to the proposed extension, the relocation to the east of an existing freestanding internally illuminated signage at the store entrance, the development of a new pedestrian access to the site from Fonthill Road and all associated landscaping and site development works on a 1.1 hectare (2.82) site of the existing Aldi Discount Foodstore.
