SD07A/0809, for a 2 storey house was changed during the construction stage which resulted in the retention applicaiton being made. During construction a garden shed was constructed in the rear gardens which straddle both the existing (original) house (No. 23) and the new house (retained) house (No. 23A Oldbridge Park). Permission is sought to retain this structure and divide it between each property as a garden shed/home office/utility room. During construction a further raised conc. area to the side/rear of house 23A was built and permission is sought to retain this as a raised timber clad deck. In compliance with Condition 6 of Reg. Ref. SD08A/0802 a widened driveway is to be retained in house No. 23 to accommodate 2 cars and permission is sought to retain this.
