SD09A/0191: Modify Condition 2 of of SD08A/0610 to allow for retail use within the entrance lobby area of the SuperValu Supermarket - the internal floor area of the entrance lobby affected by the current application is 64.2sq.m. and this area will also include circulation space. The purpose is to allow for the relocation of existing newsagency and other goods (e.g. newspapers, confectionery, flowers, Lotto etc.) from within the existing Supervalu which is necessary to improve the operational efficiency of the store and convenience for customers. This area will remain ancillary to the main SuperValu Supermarket and is not intended for use as an independent retail unit. Apart from change sought to Condition 2, all works including entrance arrangements, ramp, trolley storage area, ATM and elevational treatment etc. will remain as previously permitted under Reg. Ref. SD08A/0610.
