RefusedDecided 20 May 2010South Dublin County Council

SD09B/0268: Given the constraints of the site, in particular the presence of granite rock at depths of between 0.8 metres and 1 metre below ground level, the design of the proposed soak-way which would be constructed at levels of between ground level and 2 metres below ground level, is not suitable for the site. As such, and in the absence of evidence from the applicant to the contrary, the proposed development would be prejudicial to public health, and contrary to the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
