(a) Demolition of Greenacres House, an existing two storey dwelling and ancillary outbuildings; (b) the development of 2 no. semi-detached two-storey four bedroom houses with back gardens and 4 no. car parking spaces with access onto Firhouse Road via the existing entrance to Greenacres House; (c) the development of 13 no. two storey three bedroom houses in 3 no. terraces comprising 2 no. terraces of 4 no. houses and 1 no. terrace of 5 no. houses, with back gardens, group car parking comprising 20 no. spaces, areas of public open space, a bin collection area and with access via a new entrance onto Green Acre Court; and (d) all site works associated with the above, on land at Greenacres House, Firhouse Road, Templeogue, Dublin 16. Significant Further Information: the proposed revisions comprise:- the omission of the proposed terrace of 5 no. houses and its replacement with a terrace of 3 no. houses with a west-east orientation overlooking the main area of public open space; a reduction in the number of car parking spaces within the proposed grouped car park to 18 no. spaces; an extension of the main area of public open space in the north-western area fo the site which will be landscaped to the Council's specification and transferred to the ownership of the COuncil; the relocation of the bin area to the rear of the southernmost house in the new terrace; the opening of a pedestrian access onto Firhouse Road and the construction of a pathway linking the development thereto.
