SD11A/0259: Alterations to the existing structure including the amalgamation of the ground floor retail unit (285.6sq.m. gross) and the first floor office unit (285.6sq.m. gross) to form a single restaurant unit incorporating a hot food take-away (419.6sq.m. gross) and internal drive-thru facility. Ref. SD05A/0340).
