It is proposed to reconfigure the existing internal layout of the existing building (workshop/retail) as follows: increase the net retail floor space to 100sq.m with ancillary use as an off licence; retain and relocate the ancillary deli area (25sq.m); provide new ancillary sandwich bar (40sq.m); relocate all storage, toilets and offices to the workshop area; removal of the existing retail first floor area; alterations to raise section of ground floor level; alterations to existing building elevations; erection of replacement main ID signage, canopy signage and shop fascia signage and removal of a steel storage container.
