The proposed development is comprised of: 3 x 4 bed, 2 storey detached houses, 90 x 3 & 4 bed, 2 storey semi-detached houses, 27 x 3 bed, 2 storey terraced houses and 6 x 3 bed duplexes with 3 x 2/3 bed duplex apartments in a 3 storey building and 4 x 2 bed apartments over 2 floors and a 2 storey crèche (423sq.m). The proposed development also includes all associated site development and infrastructural works, surface water with attenuation, piped and wired services, car parking, open spaces and landscaping etc.
