The development will be enclosed with landscaping to all boundaries of the overall site of 22.1ha. Application for enabling works to facilitate this development has been made under Reg. Ref. SD19A/0004. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) has been submitted with this application. An EPA-Industrial Emissions (IE) licence will be applied for to facilitate the operation of Phase 2 of the permission.
