The operation of the proposed development will require an Industrial Emissions Licence (IEL) from the Environmental Protection Agency. A Review of the existing IEL relating to the site will be sought from the Environmental Protection Agency in relation to the proposed development. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application and the EIAR and NIS will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority.
