- SDZ07A/0007Consists of 374 no. dwellings comprising as follows: 127 no. houses including 2 no. two-bedroom houses, 93 no. three-bedroom houses and 32 no. four-bedroom houses in a mix of two and three storey terraced and semi-detached units; 30 no. two-bedroom apartments and 7 no. one-bedroom apartments in 7 no. five and six storey blocks; and 210 no. duplex apartments including 123 no. three-bedroom duplexes and 87 no. two-bedroom duplexes in a mix of three and four storey buildings.
