The development will comprise of (1) change of use of former public house (part ground floor) to residential & incorporate into dwelling, (2) front and rear elevational modifications, (3) removal of cement render from rear & side facades & replace with traditional lime, (4) internal modifications at each floor level, (5) construct new single storey rear porch extension, (6) remove existing wall & lean-to shed to north of dwelling & construct new wall, with timber double gates for vehicular access and (7) construct garage to rear of dwelling including all associated site works
