(iii) Minor Revisions / modifications to design of the previously existing building comprising of:- a. Reconfiguration of internal layouts on ground floor including revisions to layout for public house / breakfast room, repositioned plant/ keg store, new toilets and back of house facilities and an upgrade to previous entrance hall and stairs serving the B+B. b. Reconfiguration of guest accommodation and associated facilities with no change to the number of rooms being provided from the previous B+B premises. c. Revisions to window and door opes comprising of 4 no. velux windows added to 3rd Floor / Attic level, with 2 on the west elevation and 2 on the south elevation; revision to 1 no. ground level window on west elevation; 1 no. new window ope to 3rd floor attic level on east elevation; and revisions to window opes and removal of 3 no. external doors on North elevation. All other doors and windows will match the previously existing building. d. An overall height increase of c. 1.75m on the south and west elevations due to a rationalisation of ceiling heights on the ground floor to second level (new ceiling heights of c.2.425m) and an increase in ceiling heights for the third floor attic rooms from c.2.05m to c2.4 metres, together with a minor change to roof pitch.
