The new entrance from the public roadway will replace the existing substandard access to the land and this access will be permanently closed. The works will comprise the provision of splayed access, clear visibility sightlines, associated setting back of adjacent roadside boundaries, provision of associated surface water drainage, fences, finished hardcored structure to access area and all associated siteworks
