Construction of a single storey residential extension to the rear of our two-storey property. 3. Material Change of Use: The rear part of the grocery store is to be demolished and converted to residential areas, as part of the single storey extension.4 Construction of new parking areas, footpaths, planting beds, patio and hard landscaping areas and all associated site works. Notes: The structure to be demolished forms part of the dwelling and grocery store. The front part of the store is located within the perimeter of the two-storey property and as such, is to be retained as a grocery store
