Renovation and refurbishment of the existing derelict dwelling and construction of an extension to the south east elevation (E). Raise wall plate level to provide for additional living space at first floor level and minor elevational alterations to existing dwelling (F). Demolition of an existing store/outbuilding and (G). all landscaping and associated external site works
