Alterations to existing building, including provision of new door and window opes and blocking up of existing opes and incorporating a new stair. Alterations to front and rear elevations, including provision of new rainwater goods and refurbishment of existing windows. Provision of new mechanical and electrical services installation and connections to drainage system (Protected Structure ref. no RPS 206)
