Development consisting of the provision of a single storey extension (165sqm) at lower ground level (level -1) to the east of the existing hotel; the decommissioning in-situ of the existing disused below ground septic tank and the demolition of the existing wrap-around deck to the north-east of the hotel. The proposed extension will facilitate the re-location and re-organization of the existing bar and restaurant facilities currently accommodated in the hotel premises. No additional car parking is proposed as part of this application. The development will also include sedum green roof provision; all piped infrastructure and ducting; services provision; changes in level; site landscaping; boundary treatments and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground.
