The demolition of former hotel and outbuildings in their entirety including part of a retaining wall to the front and rear. Permission is also sought for the proposed erection of an apartment block and 1 no. dwelling house to include a shared entrance off Strand Street. The apartment block will be a 2 1/2 storey over basement facing onto Strand Street, and will comprise of 4 no. 1 bedroom single storey apartments at ground floor level and 4 no. 2 bedroom 1 1/2 storey apartments at first and second floor level with all ancillary accommodation, car parking at basement level and external area to the rear, boundary treatments, bin storage area, together with all other associated site works. The dwelling house will be a fully serviced 2 1/2 storey private dwelling house together with all associated site works to include new vehicular access/driveway, landscaping and boundary treatment
