A concrete batch manufacturing facility consisting of the following; one concrete batching plant unit including a control cabin, four no. cement silo's (to 18 metres in height), six no. storage bins, a reserve water tank, a truck wash out area with settlement tanks used for water collection and recycling, all contained within an existing quarry floor area (registered quarry Q001) on c.0.56 hectares. The existing ancillary quarry facilities, such as wheelwash, weighbridge, will continue to be used to service the development. The development will continue to use the existing quarry access from the R675 Road
