For the subdivision of an existing vacant restaurant unit in order to facilitate provision of a separate ground floor retail/shop unit facing onto the Dunmore Road. The works will require a change of use from"restaurant" to "retail shop" for the subdivided area only and with minor modification of existing toilet arrangements in order to allow for the incorporation of a DAC compliant WC. The proposal will also include for the provision of a new glazed, double-door entrance to the North facing elevation of the unit. The existing canopy overhang will be adapted to form a box section for the incorporation of future tenant signage, to be agreed, together with minor external alterations to existing planted area, railing and paved entrance
