The extension and renovation of an existing derelict cottage which will consist of demolition and alterations to sections of existing internal and external walls, the demolition of the existing chimney structure, the reconfiguration of existing elevations to allow for new window and door arrangements, with a new roof to be reinstated on the dwelling, with the extension taking the form of a new entrance porch structure. Permission is also sought for new Tertiary treatment system and infiltration areas, construction of a new vehicular entrance at the location of the existing agricultural entrance, and a new driveway to serve the existing dwelling, with landscaping and all site development works, including connections to all public services. Permission is also sought for a new agricultural entrance to allow existing access to the agricultural lands to be maintained
