To refurbish a derelict Farm House and reuse as a dwelling. Works to bring the structure back to use as a dwelling will include 1. Refurbish Structure by removal of roof structure, replacement with new roof with a corrugated metal finish 2. Repair of damage to exterior stone walls 3. Elevations changes including installation of new roof windows, windows and doors 4. Construction of new entrance from public road with piers, wing walls & linear drain for storm water collection and removal and setback of boundary bank to allow for sightlines 4. Installation of new wastewater treatment plant and percolation area along with all associated site development works to facilitate development
