Break through existing stone wall to the south of the existing school yard to create an entrance to existing field, construction of proposed entrance gates with stone piers to allow for access to playing pitch area, in part of existing field, proposed playing pitch to be levelled to create a level playing area for school children, existing trees to be removed, soakway to be installed with French drain along the new southern boundary of the playing area to BRE Digest 365, new southern boundary to be defined with a timber & post D-rail fence with chain link wire and bare-root green beech hedgerow and all associated site works.
