Construction of an extension circa 925 sqm to the north western end of their existing clubhouse. The extension will incorporate the following: Ground Floor Level to include sports hall, gym, kitchen area, ladies & gents changing rooms/toilets, offices, caretakers room. First Floor Level to include recreation & viewing lounge, toilet and office. The proposals also allows for the upgrading of existing dressing rooms, inclusive of a canopied roof, extra car parking facilities and allows for all necessary ancillary site development works inclusive of the replacement of existing septic tank/percolation with a new waste water treatment unit, effluent polishing filter ( P.W.W.T.S).
