Permission is also sought to remove existing roller shutter door to the north elevation at the rear façade and replace with a fire door. Permission is also sought to add a mezzanine first floor level (298.6 sq m) to the interior of the existing building, which will include male and female toilets, changing rooms and showers, a staff room, office and fire stairs and all associated site works
