Retain the existing 65m2 prefab, temporarily relocated to alternative position onsite and permanently remove from site on completion of new classroom. Connect to existing foul and new surface water drainage systems. All associated alteration and site works including 3 PV panels and a temporary construction access at the western site boundary which will be closed and boundary reinstated on completion of the extension.
