The work will consist of the following: Replacing roof with timber structure and stone slates; reinstatement of the ornamental facing; replacement cast metal gutters and downpipes; repair of external walls with lime and sand rendering; replacement timber sliding sash windows; replacement front door; floors of timber joists and timber boarding; plasterboard ceiling to roof; (the interior will be left in shell form)
