Planning permission for the development will consist of the demolition of the existing rear kitchen structure and to construct a new single and two story pitched roof and a single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the existing two storey dwelling house to include internal renovations with a new cantilevered canopy over the front door. Permission is also sought to replace the existing front boundary wall/piers with a new block work plastered wall with relocated entrance piers/gate and to decommission the existing storage tank and install a new treatment plant with a polishing filter with all ancillary site works.
