Construct a single storey extension (113.3 sqm) to the west (side) and south (rear) elevation of the existing bungalow dwelling, containing kitchen, dining, living, bedroom and ensuite and an extension (4.5 sqm) to the north (front) elevation containing and ensuite. Permission is sought for alterations to the existing dwelling which include alterations to windows on all elevations. Permission is also sought to demolish the existing agricultural shed to the rear and side of the existing dwelling and for the upgrade of the existing septic tank to a new wastewater treatment system and polishing filter and all associated site works
