Proposed Garage will be 6.6m wide and 6.1m deep with a ridge height of 2.989m high. Garden width is 9m wide which allows a 1.2m distance from boundaries all around. The garage is build with 300mm cavity wall with 1 roller door to front at 1.5m wide. there will be 2 x windows, 1 each side to front of garage 1.2m wide with precast window cills. The walls will be nap plaster finish with reveals to windows. The roof will be a cut roof with Blue/ Blue black slate finish. Foundations are 900 x 300 reinforced concrete with A393 Mesh. Footpaths 1.2 wide all around with brush finish. Roof will be insulated with 150mm to ceiling joint's with floor insulated with 100mm rigid insulation. Garage front wall will be 10m from back of existing dwelling house
