Development consisting of the demolition of all existing structures on the existing site. The existing site at Lissywollen consists of 22.74 hectares (56.2 acres) of undeveloped agricultural land together with Lissywollen House, a currently disused nineteenth century, two-storey farmhouse which is located in the centre of the site. To the rear of the dwelling house are a mixture of some single and double storey stone and steel fabricated farm buildings. The proposal is to remove all these existing structures
