To convert the existing second floor residential accommodation into 1no. 3-bedroom apartment The development will also consist of the following works; - demolition of ground floor service rooms and chimney along North elevation - alterations to North elevation at first and second floors to allow for construction of new balconies - alterations to 2no. windows to East elevation at first and second floors -creation of new window ope to West elevation at second floor - conversion of existing door to West elevation at ground floor level to window - connection to public services and all associated site works. This building has been included in the list of protected structures (protected Structure RPS No.030-033 & NIAH No.15317042)
