Permission is also sought to construct a story and a half extension (98.6 sq m) to the side (north-east) of the existing derelict dwelling and a corridor (5.2sq m) connecting to the existing outbuildings. Permission is also sought for a single-story extension (12.1sq m) to the rear (north-east) of the outbuildings to act as a corridor servicing the proposed bedrooms. Permission is also sought for the construction of a well, as well as the installation of a wastewater treatment system and associated polishing filter and all associated site works
