The works as described above are located close to or within the curtilage of a 'mill building' which is a protected structure as listed in the Wicklow County Development Plan Record of Protected Structures - RPS Reference No 21-13 and also 'Tuckmills Post Box' mounted in the wall along the N81 to the north of the subject site - RPS No 21-12
