The proposal also includes 2 no elevational signs (measuring 3.34m x 0.6m on the western and southern elevations), hard and soft landscaping proposals, external seating area, 111 no car parking spaces integrated with the existing Tesco car park and the reconfiguration of existing spaces to provide for Universal Access Spaces, bicycle parking spaces and all ancillary site services and site development works
