Permission is also being sought for the following to facilitate the change to a dwelling house:- 1) renovation of the existing building to include elevational changes; 2) demolition of existing single storey extension to the rear; 3) construction of a two storey extension to the rear; 4) construction of a two storey side extension to both sides; 5) provision of 3 number rooflights to the rear existing roof slope and 6) all associated site development works
