Permission to remove the non-load bearing dividing wall between units 11 and 13 at Carlow Shopping Centre. This non load bearing wall will allow for the expansion of units 11 and 13 into one unit. Carlow Shopping Centre has three protective structures which form part of the Shopping Centre, the gate CT85 reference 10000566, the outside wall CT86 reference 10000567 and the Café CT87 reference 10000565. None of these protected structures will be in any way effected as the proposal to remove the wall is in the newly built retail development which does not adjoin any of the protected structures.

To erect wall mounted signage at the Tullow Street entrance to Carlow Shopping Centre. To alter totem mounted signage at Potato Market entrance to Carlow Shopping Centre and the erection of new wall mounted signage on the north elevation of the Multi Storey car park and at the pedestrian entrance at Kennedy Avenue and for the erection of a totem sign in Barrack Street. The Site location is the curtilage of Protected Structures Ref: CT85 - Entrance Gates at Kennedy Avenue, CT86 - Wall on Kennedy Avenue, Barrack Street, and CT87 - Governors House.

External works to alter the layout of, and install an automatic barrier to the existing entrance and bollards to the existing forecourt, carpark
