For construction of a 7 bay slatted shed extension to an existing shed. Works include RETENTION of existing effluent storage tanks, alterations of existing 5 bay shed to match extension, extension of shed to cover new feed passage and associated site development works

Erect fully serviced two storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, entrance, sewerage treatment facilities and all ancillary works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To construct an agricultural shed which will consist of a milking parlour, cow drafting yard, dairy, plant room and a slatted collection yard with slurry holding tank underneath and all associated site works

To retain single storey extension and attached domestic garage to sides of existing dwelling, alterations to elevations and all ancillary works

To retain alterations to floor plan and elevations, during works to previously approved extension under Planning Reg. 10/60, to include the following: A- Alteration to internal plan layout including increased floor area, B- Relocated porch position and C- Amended roof design

To decommission existing septic tank and replace with new proprietary sewerage treatment system, also to install a polishing filter at existing residence
