Significant further information and revised plans indicating adjustments to the entrance location have been submitted

To erect a fully serviced part two storey, part storey and a half dwelling, entrance, boundary walls and piers, waste water treatment facilities, detached domestic garage and all ancillary works

For retention permission for (1) Retention of detached domestic garage (2) Retention of single storey extension to side of existing dwelling and (3) alterations to site layout and all ancillary works

To erect storey and a half type dwelling, detached domestic garage, sewerage treatment unit, entrance and all ancillary works. Significant further information including a Natura Impact Statement have been submitted.

(a) demolish existing farm buildings, silage pits and replace them with an eight bay slatted shed with slurry holding tank underneath and concrete yard, (b) construct unroofed slatted feed area with slurry holding tank underneath and concrete apron, (c) also construct a silage pit with retaining walls (d) retain existing general purpose shed, silage pit with retaining walls and all associated site works

To construct new entrance onto existing public laneway for dwelling and carry out associated site works
