To retain the following, 1) Retain and complete partially constructed building containing kennels for dog boarding, 2) Demolish existing detached domestic sheds, 3) Retain existing detached domestic storage shed ancillary to existing dwelling, 4) Decomission existing septic tank and install new sewerage treatment tank and percolation area to service existing dwelling house & 5) Erect new bellmouth type entrance walls and piers

For the erection of a three storey extension to the back of the existing detached dwelling and associated renovations. Significant further information and revised plans have been received reducing the height of the extension to two storey dormer extension

To carry out refurbishment works and extend existing dwelling house, including the following: (a) demolish existing single storey porch and W.C. to front (west elevation), (b) construct new single storey porch and study to the front (west elevation) (c) construct a two storey extension to side (south elevation), (d) construct a single storey extension to rear (east elevation), (e) construct a hipped roof over existing two storey flat roof extension to rear (east elevation), (f) connect to existing foul sewer, (g) together with all associated site works
