Planning precedent report

To demolish existing extension to rear of dwelling and erect fully serviced part single storey, part storey and a half extension in its place with associated alterations to elevations and site layout, sewage treatment facilities, detached domestic garage and all associated and ancillary works

To retain external and internal modifications to the two storey community centre building (granted under Reg. Ref. 07/1074) including increase to ground floor area of the building; increase to roof terrace area at first floor level; and associated external elevational changes. PLANNING PERMISSION is also being sought for a proposed medical consultant surgery at first floor level and associated internal modifications to facilitate this use (on foot of planning permission Reg. Ref. 07/1074)

For the construction of a fully serviced dwelling house complete with effluent treatment system and percolation area, roadside entrance and ancillary works

For RETENTION Permission for as-constructed site enabling works comprising of removal of section of roadside hedgerow, forming new site entrance and reduced site ground levels. Also, Planning PERMISSION is sought to construct a new dormer style dwelling house with domestic garage / storage at basement level, form new vehicular site entrance onto public roadway, installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

To erect fully serviced dormer style dwelling and detached domestic garage to side of plot of existing residence known as Stamford House, Drumalee, Cavan. Works to include alterations to existing entrance to form double entrance, connections to existing services and all ancillary siteworks
