Of alterations to previously approved residential extension granted under planning reference no. 01/1569 which includes alterations to floorplans/ elevations (linker block built flush with front and rear walls of existing dwelling) and associated site works

For the erection of a part two story/part single storey farm dwelling with attached carport, site entrance, wastewater treatment system, percolation area and all ancillary site works

For: i) Works to facilitate infill and re-contouring of the subject lands to facilitate use for agricultural purposes. ii) will require a waste facility permit and / or article 27 approval from EPA. iii) All associated works and services. The application is accompnanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

For 1 No agricultural entrances onto existing public road including new boundary fence and all associated works

To 1. demolish existing single storey toilet block and canteen. 2. demolish existing assembly shed 3. demolish existing steel cutting building and associated parts 4. construct extension to existing workshop building to accomodate - steel cutting and fabrication. 5. construct extension to existing workshop building to accomodate paint shed. 6. construct new ESB sub station and associated works 7. re-arrange existing yard area. 8. Provide screening and landscaping. 9. And carry out associated site works. 10. to RETAIN fabrication and assembly building

For development consisting of the replacement of an existing 10m high support pole carrying associated antennae for a 24 metre high free standing communications structure with its associated antennae, communication dish, ground equipment and all associated site development works. The development will continue to form part of existing 3G and 4G Broadband Network. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
