For a proposed single storey granny flat extension to side of existing dwelling, a proposed single story kitchen extension to rear of existing dwelling and associated site works

To retain development previously granted under Planning Reference 02/277. The amendments include 1) revised site boundaries, 2) revised location of dwelling and 3) all ancillary site development works

To carry out alterations and complete dwelling house presently constructed to wall plate level, previously approved under planning application reference no. 99/1227. The alterations proposed include raising the height from storey and a half to two storey, altering the footprint by constructing extensions to the front and rear of the house, demolish the partially constructed sun room, construct detached domestic garage, install proprietary sewerage treatment system and percolation area, alter the position of the previously approved entrance together with all associated site works

To retain change of use of agricultural building to domestic accommodation and to retain domestic workshop, significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To construct a two storey extension to the rear and side of existing two storey detached dwelling, partial demolition of existing rear and side extensions, landscaping and associated site works

To construct a single storey dwelling house, domestic garage, new entrance off private access road and install a waste water treatment unit and percolation area together with all ancillary works on this site
