The construction of a four bay slatted shed with cubicles. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

For (1) construction of an extension to existing slatted / bedded shed to incorporate a loose bedded area, (2) construction of an extension to existing milking parlour / cubicle accommodation shed to incorporate extended milking parlour area, dairy and plant room, (3) construction of enlarged cow collection yard area with slatted underground slurry storage tank, (4) construction of extension to existing slatted cubicle accommodation shed to incorporate cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages, (5) relocation of existing site entrance onto the public road to the southern site boundary with amendment of further existing site entrance to the north to provide enlarged lay-by area, (6) completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures

For development consisting of two storey dwelling in place of existing derelict dwelling, detached garage, septic tank and percolation area and associated site works off existing entrance

To partly demolish an existing disused barn and constructing a 2 bedroom 2 storey dwelling with attached 2 car garage and provision of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to be constructed and all other associated site works

For the change of 2 storey house type and garage previously approved under Planning Ref. No. 19/517, the revised proposal includes alterations to site layout plan, house and garage location, landscaping and associated site works

Construct two-storey dwelling house, domestic garage, new entrance and install proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation areas together with all ancillary site works
