The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

To develop attic space with alterations to approved bungalow type dwelling under construction (planning reg. ref. 18/79), alterations to elevations and connection to approved services

To construct a bungalow type dwelling, garage (domestic) install new sewerage treatment system and associated site improvement works, construct new entrance and all associated site works

Of retain machinery & hobbies shed, and associated site works

For 1. RETENTION of existing storage building, site landscaping and associated site works. 2. PERMISSION is sought to close 2 no. vehicular entrances and form a new vehicular entrance, provide new service road, alteration to service road and associated site development works
