For (a) change of use of part of existing building to use as hostel accommodation (b) restoration and re-roofing of existing stone building to rear for use as ancillary storage to hostel (bike store, wet gear, utility & sanitary facilities) together with RETENTION permission for change of use of previous store and playroom to use as coffee shop and seating area on ground floor with alterations to plans/elevations and associated site works

For the following: A) Retain alterations to existing elevations and all associated works to existing dwelling house, B) Retain partial works and all associated alterations to existing garage including foundations to front and internal timber studwork and finishes. C) Change of use of existing domestic garage to detached consultation rooms for Swanlinbar Health Centre. Works to include construction of a fully serviced, single storey extension to front of garage, connection to existing public sewer, parking facilities and all associated site works

For renovation & alterations of existing dwelling. Works to include alterations to internal layout, & external elevations, and associated site works

EXTENSION OF TIME OF 13/276 to replace existing flat roofed floor area with a pitched roof area, including extensions to rear and to side of existing dwelling which will incorporate an annex, reconstruct front boundary wall and realign entrances together with all associated works, amended proposal to that previously approved

For Retention of Two Storey Extension to the Northwest of the Existing Dwelling House with associated alterations to elevations (b) Retention of Front Poarch and Canopy to the to the Southwest of the Dwelling with associated alterations to elevations
