For change of house type previously granted under planning ref. no. 08/1002 & retention of living accommodation erected to rear & retention of domestic extension to include kitchenette & changing area and shower room at rear with connection to all existing services

To erect new dwelling house, domestic garage, entrance, boundary walls, piers with connection to Kilcogy town foul sewer and associated works

(a) for change of use from an old doctor surgery to a retail unit, (b) to construct an extension to the proposed retail unit, (c) also to construct new signage and alterations to the front elevation, (d) construct toilet facilities, connection to existing public services and all associated site works
