Planning precedent report

To erect a fully serviced bungalow with detached domestic garage, entrance piers, connect to existing previously approved sewerage treatment facilities (Pl ref no: 08/91, 09/292 & 12/65) and RETENTION to retain existing temporary caravan accommodation on site (to be removed after completion of new dwelling) and all ancillary works

To make alterations to previously approved planning (Reg No. 19/281) to consist of alterations to site boundaries, relocate dwelling and garage and all ancillary works

For development consisting of renovation and extension of existing single storey dwelling, extension to existing shed, wastewater treatment system, soakaway, fencing and new entrances. Works to include erection of a single storey extension to the rear and north of the dwelling, alterations to the internal layout, elevations and all associated site works

To: 1. Complete construction of partially built dormer type dwelling (approved under planning reference 07/1619), 2. Incorporate wastewater treatment system/percolation area, 3. Carry out associated site works, 4. Change approved use as holiday home to domestic dwelling
